Terms of Service

AlphoTech provides advanced workflow automation platforms, microservices backend architectures, DevOps setup, and custom SaaS software consulting services. Deliverables are defined on a per-project scope document and validated on staging setups before cutting over live production traffic.

Every codebase delivered by AlphoTech is designed by Prince Garg, adhering to our core system guidelines:

• Testing: Unit, integration, and performance benchmarks in CI pipelines before deployment.
• Uptime & Latency: p95 under 150ms for transaction ingest pipelines, targeted 99.9% service uptime.
• Zero manual steps: Reproduction targets via containerised docker compose up and migrations.

All solutions are quoted on a fixed-milestone or retainer pricing structure:

• Standard integrations start at $100 and scale upward depending on structural and load requirements.
• Infrastructure deployment costs (AWS/GCP resources) are billed directly to client accounts.
• 30 days of post-launch technical support is included in standard development quotes.

All open-source tools provided by AlphoTech (such as EcoGuard and NevUp Trading Coach) are released under standard open-source licenses (MIT).

For custom client software contracts, intellectual property rights and codeownership transfer completely to the client upon full payment of the designated milestone terms.

AlphoTech services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability. While we implement the highest safety architectures (like PostgreSQL Row Level Security and schema validations), AlphoTech and Prince Garg shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental system damages, operational interruptions, or losses of data stemming from third-party client integrations.
