At AlphoTech, founded by Prince Garg, we design workflow automation platforms and microservices that prioritize minimal data exposure. We only collect the technical metrics and setup credentials required to deliver integration services.

• Account Metadata: Email, organisation name, billing records, and API configurations.
• Pipeline Metrics: Operational performance indicators, average latency metrics, and test results.
• Sustainability Audits: Commit hashes and SCI sustainability parameters (specifically for EcoGuard).

We absolutely never sell, rent, or monetize your organisation or codebase information.

Our system architecture isolates operations at the lowest possible layer. Data ingested by AlphoTech is safeguarded by elite-tier protocols:

• All credentials and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
• Write-path isolation ensures that trade analytics calculations never block transaction ingestion loops.
• System access events are logged and audited in CI pipelines with regular security reports.

AlphoTech applies strict multi-tenant containment. Every customer dataset is query-isolated using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies coupled with cryptographically signed JWT keys.

Any cross-tenant access request is automatically rejected at the database level with a standard 403 Forbidden return, eliminating risk from software layer leakage.

We value minimal digital profiling. AlphoTech does not set marketing, social media trackers, or third-party cookies on your device. We use only strictly functional local storage variables and session cookies to persist authenticated login states.

You retain full ownership of your data parameters. At any time, you can query AlphoTech support to:

• Request a full export of account records and logged metrics.
• Modify your credentials, integrations, or notification targets.
• Request immediate, permanent deletion of your multi-tenant database records.
